Magnesium Myristate Powder

Magnesium Myristate is a white powder with soft and silky texture.  It is a fatty acid derived from myristic acid, and typically used in a variety of personal care such as lotions, creams, ointment, cream shampoo, cosmetics, etc.

In making cosmetics, it is widely used in making making mineral makeup products (e.g. foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, lipstick, etc.) as it improves and enhances cosmetics products with several key benefits. It improves adhesion, and does so without changing shades and colours. It helps products (whether a face make up or lip product) feel better to the touch, more creamy, by adding emolliency and improving the "slip," and glide of products. It also offers nice feel and look to products by binding them together well and making them more "press-able." It also adds some wear and durability to products.
